Become a vendor at the Le Sueur County Fair

Le Center is in the middle of Le Sueur County just south of the fast-growing large metro area. It’s calculated that our Fair draws an estimated 12,000 to 14,000 attendees during the four days. This year we celebrate the 160th Anniversary of the Le Sueur County Fair.

For your general information the inside booths are roughly ten feet square and electricity is provided. The rental rate is $95.00 for the four days of the Fair (plus an additional $20.00 deposit that will be returned, provided the booth remains intact and operational until 6:00 pm on August 18th – the actual closing of the Fair and/or you do not cancel your contract after August 1st.)

If your needs require an outside exhibit space, we can accommodate renters for various sized spaces depending on the size you need. Some outside rental rate examples are:

20’ x 20’ --- $55.00

35’ x 70’ --- $80.00

60’ x 70’ --- $95.00

*Other sizes and price ranges can usually be arranged to some extent.

We do provide two free parking passes with each complete contract,

Please keep in mind that your booth can be set up Wednesday afternoon/evening, but it NEEDS to be set up and operational by 11:00 am Thursday. Indoor building hours are:

Thursday: 8:00 am - 9:30 pm (early opening to allow for set-up)
Friday and Saturday: 9:00 am - 9:30 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

NO booth (indoor or outdoor) is to be dismantled prior to 6:00 pm SUNDAY or your $20.00 deposit is forfeited. If you cancel after Aug. 1st this check is also forfeited.
